Program Length: 67 Hours
Requirements: Valid, Non-Expired CNA State Certificate. Up to date physical is required for Internship. All students enrolled as a Home Health Aide must successfully complete their internship.
Are you already a Certified Nurse Aide but your heart lies in providing support to families with elderly or disabled relatives? Then this transition course is for you. Just present your Certified Nurse Aide certificate, and within our 5-7 weeks hands on training course, you get the opportunity to help families take the load off. You will also need your High School diploma or Equivalency.
